Senior Marketing Manager FTC

Role Overview

This role will bring to life the Global Residential Marketing strategy across a number of divisions and projects for the Global Residential business, supporting our global network of offices and associates who have clients looking for a property outside of their current location, and raising the profile of Savills Globally. Day-to-day, this role will work with people and property from around the world, ranging from a beachfront in the Caribbean to the historic city-centre of Rome.

Responsibilities:

• Positively influence and deliver across the Global Residential team, using the full marketing mix to maximise business, drive brand engagement, and build brand preference.
• Bring the Global Residential teams, offices, and associates on the journey as the marketing capability and approach at Savills evolves and transforms.
• Build a collaborative community between the global network of international offices and associates, sharing best practices between each.
• Partner with the Centres of Excellence to deliver best-in-class marketing across the entire Global Residential footprint.
• Lead the International Residential marketing team to deliver on business objectives, as well as supporting team members in personal career development and training.
• Build positive relationships with the wider marketing team to communicate plans, challenges, developments, opportunities, actions and results.
• Act as a brand guardian ensuring all content adheres to guidelines and promotes coherent messaging and tone of voice.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years experience working in marketing as well as experience working with international teams.
