Job Title: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant

• Location: London (Specific School Locations Disclosed During Interview)
  
• Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only (39 weeks)
  
• Hours: 32.5 hours per week (8:30am–3:30pm)
  
• Salary: £28,509 – £29,361 per annum (Scale 6, Point 18–20, inclusive),
  

The Role:

A reputable London special school seeks compassionate, dedicated, and adaptable Teaching Assistants to support children and young people aged 4–19 with Autism and complex Special Educational Needs. As a valuable member of the classroom support team, you will contribute to creating a positive and tailored learning experience for the pupils. Whether you have experience in mainstream or specialist settings, this role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Your responsibilities will include assisting teaching staff with lesson delivery, implementing pupil-specific learning strategies, providing personal care if necessary, and promoting independence and positive wellbeing in learners.
