The Role

Legend is hiring 2 x Organic Executives. This role will support the growth and performance of key markets across our global English-language sites.

Youll be responsible for supercharging your personal and professional growth while contributing to a dynamic and innovative environment. Youll build on strong SEO fundamentals to drive organic growth across your folders combining creativity with data-led problem solving.

As an On-Page Organic Executive youll be at the forefront of driving growth for some of our flagship brands in the competitive and dynamic igaming industry. What Youll Do:

• Own and optimise entire site sections (folders) end-to-end from intent mapping to internal linking at scale building high-impact SEO foundations for fast-growth markets.
• Run deep-dive technical and on-page audits using tools like Screaming Frog Google Search Console Ahrefs and SEMrush to uncover issues spot opportunities and drive meaningful improvements.
• Partner closely with Content Editors briefing them with actionable insights best practices and data-led recommendations that translate into traffic conversions and revenue.
• Monitor SERPs competitors and topical clusters daily/weekly spotting performance shifts investigating plateaus and recommending clear next steps.

What Youll Bring:

• Proven SEO experience ideally working on large complex or competitive sites (such as iGaming fintech travel-tech comparison or Your Money or Your Life sectors).
• Analytical mindset with commercial awareness you turn rankings and traffic into revenue outcomes not vanity metrics.
• Confident in on-page SEO and comfortable with technical fundamentals from crawling to indexing to site architecture and hreflang.
• Excellent communicator and collaborator able to work with content market managers and engineering to get things delivered without direct ownership of the CMS.
• Naturally proactive and curious thriving in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift feedback flows freely and problem-solving is part of the daily rhythm.
• Bonus points for: Spanish Language professional/ native level
