Are you a tax professional looking to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Senior Manager to join their dynamic Private Business Tax team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with privately owned businesses, families, and private equity-backed companies on a wide range of UK and international tax matters.

This position sits within a growing team that delivers tailored tax advisory services, working closely with experienced Partners and Directors. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of clients and have the opportunity to make a significant impact by building client relationships and leading innovative solutions for complex tax challenges.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a broad portfolio of clients, including privately owned and family businesses as well as private equity-backed companies.
• Collaborating with internal specialists and stakeholders across the firm to deliver seamless client solutions, working with M&A, Share Planning, International, Rewards/Employment, transfer Pricing and so on..
• Keeping up to date with tax legislation and advising on complex technical issues for both clients and internal teams.
• Supervising and coaching junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
• Supporting business development activities to identify and pursue new opportunities within the market.
