Creator and Influencer Manager
The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, creative and highly organised Creator and Influencer Manager to join our Marketing team.
You’ll take the lead on planning, creating and delivering creator content across Instagram and TikTok that inspires, educates and drives engagement with our mission; to get young people checking their chests. You’ll find and onboard content creators who can carry our life-saving message to young audiences.
In addition to this, you’ll find creators who can fulfil key corporate partner obligations, bringing to life the partnerships in fun and authentic ways.
You’ll work across social and influencer channels, managing content production from concept to delivery.
This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes creator content and understands youth culture and trends.
You will sit within the Marketing team and report to the Head of Content.

Lead CoppaFeel!’s Content Creator and Influencer work across our always-on content, event portfolio and annual campaign.
Developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies that drive awareness, reach and engagement among our target audiences.

Develop and deliver compelling, creator-led content across multiple channels, including social media - with a focus on Tik Tok and Instagram.
Manage creator negotiations, contracts, budgets, briefs, deliverables and timelines.
Activate and monitor paid campaigns and boosting across Meta (Ads Manager) and Tik Tok (Spark Ads).
Respond to briefs from across the charity, translating organisational objectives into engaging creative concepts.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to creators that maintains the highest possible quality, engagement and accessibility from our creator collaborations.
Maintain content consistency across all channels, ensuring alignment with CoppaFeel!’s brand, tone of voice and visual identity.
Track and analyse owned and influencer content performance, providing reports, insights and recommendations for optimisation.
Work with the Social Media Manager to manage the content calendar — planning, optimising and scheduling content across channels.
Support CoppaFeel! events and activations with creator collaborations as required.
Keep up to date with digital trends, youth culture, and emerging content formats to ensure CoppaFeel! remains relevant and innovative.
Undertake any other reasonable duties or responsibilities as required by the Charity, in line with the needs of the organisation.

At CoppaFeel! we support a diverse range of communities and we understand that diversity within our team is central and crucial to meeting the needs of the young people we exist to serve. We strongly encourage applications from Black, and people of colour, LGBTQIA+ candidates, candidates with disabilities, from men, and from those with a lived experience of cancer because we would like to increase the representation of these groups within the charity.
We promote equality, diversity and inclusion in our workplace and make recruitment decisions by matching the charity's needs with the skills and experience of candidates, irrespective of age, disability (including hidden disabilities), gender, gender identity or gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, or sexual orientation. We recognise the value in encouraging a diverse range of perspectives, skills, experience and knowledge at the charity.
While the successful candidate will be selected purely on merit, in the event of a tie between two candidates with equal suitability, we may select a candidate with lived experience of the issues we are seeking to address through our work.
We want our recruitment process to be inclusive, accessible and fair for everyone. As a Disability Confident Employer, we actively encourage applications from disabled people and are committed to providing reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process.
