Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – The Role:

• Full-time, long-term position – perfect for the academic year.
• Earn up to £600 per week | Monday to Friday | Term-time only.
• Based in mainstream schools across Enfield, supporting students with SEN.
• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Assist teachers in implementing EHCPs and personalised learning strategies.
• Support students with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development.
• Work alongside SENCOs, teachers, and external specialists (e.g., therapists and psychologists).
• Encourage independence, engagement, and confidence in the classroom.

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Candidate Profile:

We are looking for graduates who are:

• Holding a 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Health & Social Care, or a related subject.
• Empathetic, patient, and resilient, with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education.
• Confident communicators who can build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Ideally experienced in working with children or young people (e.g., through tutoring, mentoring, volunteering, or care work).
• Flexible and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
