The role

The digital healthcare market is a very exciting and competitive space that has seen considerable growth over the last few years.

This role will involve working on the daily dispatch of medications and test kits to our patients from our non-patient-facing pharmacy and warehouse based in London. The successful candidate will also be assisting our pharmacy team with tasks around the office. 

This is a great opportunity to work alongside our team building out the best service offering for our patients.

Key Accountabilities:

  • You will join our existing team to facilitate the dispatch of medications to our patients. This involves handling sensitive patient data and you must be conscious of protecting this sensitive data at all times.
  • You will assist our in-house pharmacy team in handling deliveries of bulk stock, ensuring all stock and sundries are brought into the warehouse and organised. This includes lifting and placing trays of ice packs (approx. 20kg) into freezers. You must be physically capable of safely lifting this stock. Manual handling training will be provided.
  • You will further assist the pharmacy team where needed. This includes tasks such as prepping non-prescription items to be placed in our deliveries and making up boxes.
  • You will assist the facilities manager with any manual handling tasks around the office e.g. moving, building and breaking down of furniture.
  • You will further assist the pharmacy manager where needed with daily tasks around the office, such as sorting post and putting away groceries.
  • As someone based in the office, you will be fully trained as a first aider and fire warden.

Technical Skills:

  • Be physically capable of handling heavy items.
  • You are diligent, show close attention to detail, and be familiar with working on high-volume repetitive tasks at scale.
  • Have a good understanding of data protection.
  • Be experienced with the use of a computer.
  • Have a good standard of spoken and written English.
