Gym Manager

- Pay: £32,588 per annum
- Hours: 40 hours per week

The work
- Deliver excellent member experience with a focus on service and standards
- Support new member joiners through outreach and events
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a team of fitness professionals
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Manage and improve group exercise offerings
About you
- Passionate about fitness and wellbeing
- Embodies 'Feel PureGym Good'
- Driven by results, with resilience, confidence, and integrity
- Qualifications: Level 2 gym instructing, group exercise experience
Desirable
- Management or supervisory experience
- Sales or marketing experience
