Floor Host
We’re looking for a Floor Host to join our dynamic team of 13 individuals, split between the Reception and Helpdesk departments. Known for our sense of humour and camaraderie, we foster a supportive environment where everyone looks out for one another. Together, we combine professionalism with a positive team spirit to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.
As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues, our reception team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate setting, where attention to detail and exceptional customer service are key.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday-Friday; 8 AM to 6 PM, with 2 Fridays off per month – with flexibility for business needs.

Main responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service – Greet and assist customers, ensuring a warm and professional welcome at all times.
- Ensure smooth daily operations – Oversee the floor's day-to-day activities, resolve logistical issues, and support meeting room management.
- Maintain safety and compliance – Uphold Health & Safety standards, including fire warden and first aid responsibilities.
- Uphold company standards – Adhere to policies, embody company values, and maintain high service standards.
- Support technology and reporting – Ensure equipment is functioning, report issues, and contribute to usage reports. Support set up of Audio-Visual (AV) equipment to internal/external meeting rooms – Screens, Controllers, Audio Conference, Video conference, flip charts, presentation boards, etc
- Team support and development – Assist with training, support team members, and take ownership of tasks and projects.
