Tailor/Seamstress

Ingrid Kraftchenko Studio is looking for a highly skilled luxury Tailor/Seamstress to support our upcoming collection and showroom for Paris Fashion Week, and London store opening in the Autumn.

Ingrid Kraftchenko is a luxury British fashion label, known for their post utilitarian and avant garde designs and for challenging modern luxury.

We are looking for design interns for our upcoming collection, Paris Showroom and exhibtion and London store in the Autumn.

3. Roles and Responsibilities




Ingrid Kraftchenko agrees to:


1. Provide the Seamstress with meaningful design-related work.
2. Offer adequate supervision, guidance, and support throughout the work.
3. Ensure the seamstress has access to any required resources, tools, and equipment.
4. Offer feedback on the performance and complete any necessary assessments requested.
5. Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
Profile
To commence in October in Shoreditch, London. Part time Seamstress role to commence in October, 2026 in Shoreditch, London.

This is a freelance role for a highly skilled luxury seamstress/tailor and knowledge in an exciting fashion studio in East London.

The Student Intern agrees to:


1. Adhere Ingrid Kraftchenko 's policies, including those related to health, safety, and conduct.
2. Complete the tasks and responsibilities assigned by Ingrid Kraftchenko to the best of their ability.
3. Maintain professional standards of behaviour, punctuality, and communication throughout the placement.
4. Take an active role in learning and applying new skills relevant to the fashion design industry.
5. Report any concerns or issues promptly to Ingrid Kraftchenko supervisor.


4. Placement Objectives

- Gaining hands-on experience in design development, garment construction, and fashion industry practices.
- Understanding the design process from concept to final product.
- Learning about brand identity, customer profiles, and industry trends.
- Developing communication and collaboration skills within a professional environment.
