Business Analyst
Are you passionate about driving change through technology?
We’re seeking a talented Business Analyst with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
You will work closely with key stakeholders to analyze business processes, identify improvements, and deliver innovative software solutions that align with company objectives.
This role is ideal for a problem-solver who can challenge ideas and ensure that projects deliver value and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business requirements for IT solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Lead process improvements using business process modeling tools.
- Work on Agile and Waterfall projects, applying GDS principles where necessary.
- Identify synergies between projects to maximize impact.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of working in a software focused environment.
- Experience of working in a client facing role.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and GDS methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in stakeholder management and requirement gathering.
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
