The team operates as strategic advisors to key cross-functional partners — including Product, Operations, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering — to drive accountability, insights, and operational integrity across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for: End-to-End Process Management — Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes that support trust and safety functions, promoting consistency and adoption across the org.Cross-Functional Collaboration — Partner with Engineering and Growth teams to drive initiatives that enhance trust infrastructure and operational effectiveness.Leadership Partnership — Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, delivering strategic insights, risk reporting, and actionable recommendations.Data-Driven Strategy — Oversee analytics across trust functions. Identify risk patterns and areas for improvement; build dashboards and insights that inform policy decisions and guide operational improvements.Reporting & Analytics — Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and KPIs that measure trust and safety performance and impact.Who you arePassionate about responsible AI and motivated by building systems that protect users and maintain platform integrityHighly motivated with a strong work ethic — you understand the stakes of this moment in AI and are committed to getting it rightAnalytical and first-principles oriented, comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex risk tradeoffsConsistently deliver high-quality work quickly and take initiative from day oneLow ego, high ownershipRequirementsExcellent communication skills and ability to translate complex risk data into clear recommendations4+ years in Security, Trust & Safety Operations, or Risk Operations at a high-growth technology companyProven track record building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through to executionExperience working cross-functionally with Policy, Legal, or Safety teamsHighly adaptable with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementLocationThis role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe.
