Core Responsibilities – Consumer Sector Recruitment Consultant (Perm Roles)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent consumer sector appointments, from client briefing and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain strong networks with clients and candidates across FMCG, retail, e-commerce, and related consumer industries.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions that drive value and results.
• Identify, attract, and represent exceptional candidates at various experience levels, ensuring a quality experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, supporting continuous growth of the consumer recruitment function within the company.

Experience Needed – Consumer Recruitment & Permanent Placements

• Experience in recruitment, with a focus on the consumer sector (FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or similar markets).
• Proven success placing candidates in permanent roles, preferably at mid-senior level and above.
• Familiarity with the unique dynamics and market trends in the consumer industry is highly valued.
• Background in contract recruitment or related sectors will be considered an asset.
