About Medinet

The Medinet Group is a premier provider of elective care solutions and clinical insourcing services across the United Kingdom and in Europe. For more than 20 years, we have partnered closely with NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and community health networks to manage clinical demand, reduce patient waiting lists, and optimize healthcare capacity. As we scale our internal digital infrastructure, clinical pathways, and operational capabilities, we are seeking a highly competent Transformation Project Manager to drive critical projects enabling our business to scale efficiently.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Transformation Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical business and technology transformation projects across Medinet. This role will be instrumental in modernising systems, improving operational and clinical workflows, and supporting the successful implementation of digital solutions that enable the organisation to scale efficiently.

Working across multiple business functions, including operations, commercial, clinical, and technology teams, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes, stakeholder engagement, and measurable business benefits.

Main Duties:

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and success measures aligned with organisational goals.

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Establish project governance structures, maintain RAID logs, and provide regular project updates and KPI reporting to senior leadership.

Coordinate the implementation and rollout of new cloud-based platforms, software applications, and internal business systems.

Collaborate with technical teams, software vendors, and stakeholders to support system integrations, data migrations, and infrastructure deployments.

Gather, validate, and document business and technical requirements from cross-functional teams.

Lead business change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.

Analyse existing operational and clinical workflows and design scalable, efficient future-state processes.

Monitor project benefits and outcomes post-implementation to ensure expected efficiencies and improvements are achieved.

Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating communication between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.

Organise and lead project workshops, stand-ups, governance meetings, milestone reviews, and retrospectives.

Essential Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.

Minimum of 5 years' experience delivering large-scale business and technology transformation projects.

Strong experience using project management tools such as Jira, Monday.com, or Microsoft Project.

Proven experience working within Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Experience in business process mapping, workflow design, and operational improvement initiatives.

Demonstrable experience managing data migration, systems integration, or technology deployment projects.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused outcomes.

Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills.

Desirable Requirements:

Previous project management experience within healthcare, NHS, or healthcare services environments.

Experience managing third-party technology vendors and service providers.

Knowledge of healthcare data governance, information security, and compliance requirements.

Experience supporting digital transformation programmes within fast-paced, scaling organisations.

What we offer:

Competitive salary with performance-related incentives.

Hybrid working environment.

Comprehensive health and retirement benefits package.

Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

The opportunity to play a key role in transforming healthcare services and improving patient outcomes.

A collaborative and innovative working environment where your contribution will directly impact organisational growth and success.
