We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Catering Manager to lead our food and beverage operation in London.

What you’ll be doing:

As Catering Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day catering operation across our public café, retail outlets, and events. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, training, and inspiring a passionate catering team

  • Ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the site

  • Managing stock, rotas, and budgets to meet commercial targets

  • Upholding food safety and hygiene standards at all times

  • Working closely with the client to meet expectations and enhance the visitor experience

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a catering or hospitality management role

  • A proactive, hands-on leader who leads by example

  • Strong understanding of food service operations and commercial awareness

  • Excellent organisational and people skills

  • A passion for delivering high-quality food and outstanding service in a visitor-focused environment
