Senior Creator & Talent Manager

Bicycle London
London

Overall Purpose

At Bicycle Ripple, our Senior Creator & Talent Manager will sit at the heart of our creator offering, bringing specialist expertise, strong industry relationships and brilliant execution to the work we deliver for clients.

You’ll lead creator, talent and partnership delivery across campaigns, owning everything from casting and outreach through to negotiation, contracting, briefing, content delivery, approvals, amplification and reporting.

You’ll work across the full spectrum, from emerging social-first creators and influencers through to established talent, celebrities, ambassadors and longer-term brand partnerships, helping us identify the right people and opportunities for our clients.

Working closely with our Managing Partner and Senior Social & Influencer Account Manager, you’ll bring creator and talent expertise into our thinking from the outset and take ownership of making those ideas happen brilliantly.

As Ripple grows, you’ll also play an important role in strengthening our creator capability, industry relationships, processes and team expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Ripple is seeking a commercial, culturally tuned-in Specialist to lead creator, influencer, and talent strategy end-to-end. You will own the entire lifecycle: from brief, casting, and negotiation to execution and post-campaign analysis, while helping shape Ripple's network, internal processes, and business growth.

  • Strategy & Casting: Translate brand briefs into culturally relevant creator strategies across organic, paid, and long-term ambassador partnerships.

  • End-to-End Execution: Lead discovery, outreach, briefing, contracting, content approvals, usage rights, and performance tracking across multiple simultaneous campaigns.

  • Commercials & Negotiation: Confidently negotiate fees, deliverables, exclusivity, and licensing. Build and manage budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with advertising and disclosure standards.

  • Team & Process Development: Support junior staff, refine agency tools/processes, and share emerging platform and cultural trends across the wider team and agency.

  • Agency Growth: Bring specialist insight to new business pitches, spot opportunities to expand scopes with existing clients, and build Ripple's industry network.

Approach & Mindset
  • Culturally Tuned-In: Genuinely passionate about creators, entertainment, social platforms, and emerging trends.

  • Commercially Minded & Decisive: Experienced negotiator with a strong grasp of budgets, usage rights, and value creation.

  • Organised & Proactive: Comfortable managing multiple moving parts and navigating challenges with a solutions-first attitude.

  • Collaborative & Growth-Oriented: Eager to mentor others, share expertise, and thrive in an evolving agency environment where you help build the processes.

  • Adaptability : Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities

Essential Skills & Experience:

We’re less focused on ticking every box and more interested in finding someone with strong creator and talent expertise, great relationships and the right mindset to grow with us. That said, we’d expect you to bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management or a closely related role

  • Strong experience delivering creator campaigns, talent collaborations and partnerships end-to-end

  • Proven experience identifying, casting and recommending creators against client briefs

  • Experience negotiating fees, deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity and paid amplification

  • Good understanding of creator contracting, disclosure requirements and industry best practice

  • Experience managing creator and talent budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
