EA to 3 C-Suite - Boutique Investment Management
Our client, a boutique investment management firm based in the City, is seeking a confident, proactive, and tech-savvy EA to support 3 C-Suite Executives on a 6-month FTC, with a strong view to becoming permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, ambitious, and hard-working team at an exciting time of growth. The firm has a flat, non-hierarchical structure, creating a dynamic environment where everyone’s contribution is valued. You’ll be joining a supportive team of 4 other delightful EAs who work closely together and enjoy sharing ideas and best practices. In this role, you’ll provide seamless support to 3 senior leaders, managing complex diaries, coordinating international travel, preparing meeting materials, and acting as a trusted gatekeeper for internal and external stakeholders. Alongside traditional EA duties, you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in additional projects, making this a varied and rewarding EA position.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced EA with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the confidence to work with autonomy. You’ll be professional, personable, and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A tech-savvy approach and confidence using modern systems and collaboration tools will be essential. Previous experience supporting senior executives within financial or professional services will be highly advantageous.
