Department Overview:

A key department within Space NK, the marketing department are responsible for creating campaigns that engage current customers and drive new customer acquisition. The department consists of four teams: brand partnership marketing, brand marketing, digital marketing & content.

Role Purpose:

The senior brand partnerships manager reports to the marketing director, working closely with the rest of the marketing department and wider departments across the business. With incredibly strong creative, commercial and analytical flair, the senior brand partnerships manager leads the brand partnerships team to plan and deliver best-in-class, stand-out marketing campaigns with our key brand partners. Able to build and foster great relationships, they will work closely with their counterparts in the commercial team, the wider marketing team and key brand partner contacts to build campaigns. The role is responsible for the management and development of a team of nine, including three direct reports.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a customer first strategy for brand partnership marketing at Space NK.
  • With support from the brand partnerships team, and working closely with the wider marketing department, deliver brand partner marketing campaigns for always on and new product launch visibility, ensuring plans are clearly communicated with Space NK commercial teams and presented to brand partners in a timely manner.
  • Foster creativity within the brand partnerships team, ensuring marketing campaigns are innovative, best-in-class and drive conversation across consumer and industry.
  • Work with Space NK commercial category teams to align on the right commercial moments to create campaigns and dedicate budget.
  • Manage processes within the brand partnerships team, ensuring communication, planning, sign off, execution and reporting are completed in line with critical paths.
  • Build strong relationships and act as the key point of contact in the marketing department for our brand partners.
  • Accurately measure and report performance of brand partnership marketing activity to the wider business including senior stakeholders.
  • Budget management of relevant cost lines, including cost proposals and ensuring spend is in line with plan.
  • Effectively line manage and develop the brand partnerships team.
  • Keep up to date on the latest innovations within marketing, proposing new ideas and opportunities that relate to business objectives.
