What we are looking for:
– Experience as a Store Manager in premium or luxury retail
– A hands-on leader with strong commercial awareness
– Experience training and developing team members to support their growth
– Excellent communication and people skills
– A proactive, customer-first mindset
– Passion for retail, style, luxury fashion is a plus
Day-to-Day:
– Lead and inspire a team to exceed sales targets and deliver outstanding service
– Manage all store operations – from visual merchandising to inventory control
– Build strong, lasting relationships with customers
– Train and develop team members to reach their full potential
– Work closely with head office to align store strategy with company goals
– Maintain an immaculate store environment that reflects the brand’s values
