Technical Services Consultant (EMEA)

Join our technical services team as a consultant, focusing on the EMEA region. You'll be at the forefront of empowering businesses to achieve online visibility and digital marketing success. What you'll do:

• Strategic Advisory: Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, operating models, workflows, and organizational readiness. Translate findings into strategic roadmaps aligned with measurable business outcomes.
• Governance & Transformation: Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models to enable long-term adoption and cross-functional alignment. Establish standards for workflows, accountability, reporting, and collaboration.
• Executive Facilitation & Program Leadership: Lead workshops, prioritization sessions, and executive briefings to define outcomes and align stakeholders. Track performance, proactively identify risks, and recommend course corrections.
• Lifecycle Strategy & Growth Alignment: Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure strategic continuity. Identify opportunities for expanded engagement and deeper alignment between customer goals and our capabilities.

What you'll need:

• 8+ years of experience in digital strategy, SEO, GEO consulting, change management, or related roles within SaaS or MarTech environments.
• Proven experience leading structured discovery engagements and translating insights into actionable, executive-level strategic roadmaps.
• Strong expertise in SEO and GEO strategy, competitive analysis, and performance measurement.
• Exceptional facilitation, stakeholder-management, and executive communication skills.

• Compensation: An annual total cash compensation range of $131,000 to $190,000, depending on location and experience.
