Senior Business Analyst – Future ERP (Technology)

Farringdon, London – Hybrid (3 days on-site)

Royal Mail is delivering the biggest technology transformation in its history. Our Future ERP programme—spanning Finance, HR and Commercial—is replacing every major back‑office system and moving us to SAP S/4HANA and BRIM. The Commercial workstream is the largest and most complex, modernising how we price, bill, manage revenue, and bring products to market.

We’re now hiring a Senior Business Analyst to help shape this once‑in‑a‑generation change. You’ll lead analysis across multi‑workstream ERP initiatives, define high‑quality business and functional requirements, and act as the key bridge between business teams, Product Owners, and SAP solution experts.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in complex transformation, enjoys getting into the detail, and can influence senior stakeholders with confidence.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for major SAP/ERP workstreams.

  • Run workshops, map processes, define requirements, and ensure full traceability.

  • Work closely with SAP S/4HANA and BRIM teams to shape best‑practice solutions.

  • Assess change impacts and support business readiness, testing, and go‑live.

  • Build strong relationships across Commercial, Technology, and supplier teams.

  • Coach other BAs and help drive consistent, high‑quality delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience delivering analysis on complex tech or ERP programmes.

  • Strong skills in process mapping, requirements engineering, data analysis, and acceptance criteria.

  • Confident facilitator with excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall environments.

  • Hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple workstreams.

  • SAP, BRIM, or large‑scale ERP experience is highly desirable .

Extra Benefits

Family friendly support - enhanced maternity pay, paternity leave, adoption leave and shared parental leave
Discounts and offers - there are more than 800 offers to help you save on things like groceries, days out, holidays and your household bills*.
• Supportive and generous company sick pay
Your Wellbeing - you and your family have 24/7 access to services and tools to help you get the most out of life. From your physical and mental health to financial and social support and advice. It’s free, and it’s for everyone.
*Available only to perm employees
