Role: Year 5 Teacher/September Start

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love of learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to enhance the educational experience for all students.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the school’s curriculum and extracurricular programs.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 5.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and abilities.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for education.
