Technical Systems Administrator
Location: City of London, on site Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000 to £55,000
Reference: J13007
Join a global sports trading organisation and play a key role in maintaining and supporting the systems that power a fast paced, data driven business.
You will support core infrastructure, servers, storage, and Windows environments while working closely with a highly skilled IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor on site and off site servers
- Support internal software and Windows environments
- Administer Active Directory and Group Policy
- Troubleshoot networking, connectivity, and PC issues
- Manage RAID, NAS and iSCSI storage
- Support virtual environments
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy
- Strong Windows administration
- RAID, NAS and iSCSI storage support
- Virtualisation, ideally Hyper V
- Hardware troubleshooting and builds
- PowerShell scripting
- Solid networking fundamentals including DHCP, IP addressing and subnetting
- SQL and basic web technologies (HTML)
This role will suit someone confident in their technical foundations who enjoys problem solving and wants to continue growing in a hands on IT administrative environment.
