Job Role: Infrastructure& Capital Projects Consulting Location: London or Manchester (with expected travel) Career Level: Consultant & Manager Levels Salary: Competitive, plus benefits. The Opportunity: Accenture is looking to recruit Capital Project P ractitioners within ourInfrastructure& Capital Projectsteamin the UK with experience of Capital Project capabilities includingone or more of the following areas: projectcontrols, planning & estimating,BIM,change management, scope management, risk management, cost management,sustainable operations,DfMAanddeliveryoptimisation . This role is focused on helping our clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation whilst delivering greenfield and brownfield construction and engineering programmes. This includes working with colleagues across the practice to consider the full lifecycle of their assets.We digitise,optimiseand transform our clients’ traditional ways of delivering throughout the lifecycle. In this role you will:- Help clients target and deliver value through theAI&digital transformationoftheir Capital Projects activities- while being at the forefront of learning and testing new AI advancements.
- Help shape, sell and deliver projects that create tangible valueby designingfuture ways of working - operating models, business functions and processes, and technology, whilst working closely with business and technology strategists, processownersand domain experts.
- Develop enduring, trust-based relationships with people at all career levels, both professionally and personally, internally, and externally. This includes receiving and providing (based on experience) coaching and career development across theInfrastructure & Capital Projectspractice.
- Use data and analytics to drive decision making, implement new ways of working and change operational behaviours.
- Provide points of view on key industry challenges and trends and present an impetus for change in industry context.
- Support and lead (depending on scale of opportunity) the sales process from origination to successful closing (including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation, client presentations).
- Support client innovation workshops and use a human-centeredapproach to solve problems, frameopportunitiesand achieve innovation through collaboration and co-creation.

- Experience of successful delivery of complex and ambitious projects from a professional programme & project management (client facing) perspective to time,costand qualityobjectives.
- Knowledge of,andpossibly,experienceimplementingone or more of the followingconstruction technologiesinto practice, such as:
- Common Data Environmentsolutionse.g. ACC, Procore,Business Collaborator,SharePoint,ProjectWise
- ProjectManagementsolutionse.g.Oracle Primavera suite (P6, OPPM, Unifier & Oracle Aconex), Hexagon PPMEcosys
- Reporting tools such asPowerBI
- Cost, contract & estimating solutionsmanagement e.g. Oracle EPBCS,CostX,FastDraft, Contruent,CostOS,EcoSys
- Sustainability management tools
- Risk management systems
- AI solutions e.g. ALICE, Nodes & Links,NPlan
- Consistenttrack recordin winning work for themselves and theirteam anddelivering a high value programme or portfolio management service to the client (or demonstrable transferrable skills and experience).
- Developing the argument, solution architecture, and implementation roadmap for clients’ transformation journeys.
- Work effectively as a supportive team member or a domain expert andhave the ability tolead delivery teams
- Professional qualification inconstruction &project management, such as APM, PMI,PRINCE2or similar
- An engineering or science subject area orpossesssuitable experience in lieu of qualification.
- Strong, validated capability in successful project,programmeor portfolio management of complex schemes, especially during their development phase.
- Has worked in consulting team delivery and depending on experience team leading roles witha track recordof managing and delivering projects successfully on time and on budget
- Good client contacts and industry network is highly desirable
