Health Care Assistant
Meet Our Client
We are looking for compassionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a friendly 66-year-old gentleman with complex care needs in his family home in Elephant & Castle.
Family is at the heart of his life, and he enjoys spending time with his loved ones, playing dominoes and board games, watching television, attending prayer, and visiting the local gardens. He is looking for respectful, engaging Healthcare Assistants who can build a positive relationship with both him and his family while maintaining a professional approach.
In this role, you will provide person-centred care, including personal care, moving and handling, tracheostomy care, and ventilator support. Previous experience with tracheostomy and ventilators is essential. If you are a dedicated Healthcare Assistant with experience supporting clients with complex care needs and a passion for delivering high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Need
- Previous tracheostomy and ventilator experience (essential)
- A minimum of 3 months' care experience
- Confidence supporting with medication administration, personal care, and moving and handling
- Clear communication skills
