Job Description

Are you a conceptual thinking Creative Team who are excited about diving into hands-on work for some of the world's biggest brands? Do you excel at building bold, culture-shaping ideas and bringing them to life across a variety of channels?

Reporting to our Creative Directors, you'll do just that, creating work for our clients by developing fresh, award-winning ideas that make an impact. You'll be at the heart of concept development, and empowered to direct and execute ideas, from crafting moodboards and comps to using AI tools to bring ideas to life.

You'll take creative risks that yield impactful results, while also working collaboratively with strategy and account partners. As a team, your writing and art direction skills, combined with a deep knowledge of cultural and social trends, equip you to create compelling ideas for everything from large-scale brand campaigns to social activations. You're equally accomplished at presenting work to clients and fostering relationships that drive trust and deliver the best creative outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating memorable ideas for world-leading brands
• Immerse yourselves in social trends and culture, bringing fresh, original perspectives to everything you do
• Craft attention-grabbing ideas that resonate with audiences and increases brand visibility
• Understand the importance of a unique, engaging hook that achieves KPIs and makes an impact
• Articulate and visualise concepts, bringing them to life with hands-on skills and AI tools
• Build relationships and influence within teams and with clients, contributing valuable insights along the way
• Adapt and respond to feedback, enhancing concepts for the best results
• Collaborate with senior creatives, aligning with the team's vision and elevating the work
• Bring some hands-on production experience, from initial concepting through post-production, with awareness of each phase with directors, editors, and other collaborators
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tech, trends, and AI, and enjoy sharing that knowledge

Qualifications

• A brilliant portfolio of original ideas that move consumers to action
• 2 years+ experience in a prominent creative role within the advertising industry
• Experience developing creative ideas across multiple channels with a strong conceptual and social background
• Effective verbal and presentation skills, with experience presenting to leadership and clients at all levels
• Experience collaborating with large teams in client-focused roles
• A grounded, team-oriented attitude, showing maturity and respect in all interactions
• Have a genuine passion and ability when it comes to Gen AI, meaning you keep up with, and learn new advancements
• Are creative, strategic thinkers who excel at developing both expansive campaign ideas and focused social executions
