Salary: £37,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)

Overview
We are working with a number of leading Magic Circle and US law firms in London who are seeking experienced Legal Secretaries to support high-performing fee earners across a variety of practice areas, including Corporate, Litigation, Finance and Real Estate.
These roles offer the opportunity to work within fast-paced, high-calibre environments, supporting senior stakeholders on complex, high-profile matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing full secretarial and PA support to partners and fee earners
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating travel
- Preparing, formatting and amending legal documents and correspondence
- Handling client communications and acting as a key point of contact
- Supporting billing processes, time recording and expenses
- Assisting with file management and document control
- Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary within a law firm environment
- Strong document production and formatting skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of attention to detail and discretion
