The Chancery Rosewood, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it’s a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
As a Luggage Porter, you will play a vital role in shaping the guest experience from the very first moment of arrival to the final farewell. This role calls for someone who combines physical efficiency with genuine warmth, proactive thinking, and a deep commitment to service excellence. If you take pride in the details, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and understand that even the smallest gestures can create lasting memories, we would love to hear from you.

- Integrity — You handle guest belongings and sensitive information with the highest level of care, discretion, and accountability at all times, maintaining organised and accurate records and upholding the hotel's standards consistently whether or not you are being observed.
- Drive — You bring energy, focus, and a proactive mindset to every shift, anticipating what guests need before they ask, seeing every request through to completion, and always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond the expected.
