EMEA Senior Channel Development Manager - Wizards of the Coast

In this EMEA Senior Channel Development Manager (In‑Direct) role, you’ll lead growth across EMEA in the Trading Card Games space by building winning distribution and wholesale plans, deepening distributor partnerships, and guiding a team with transformational leadership—turning insights into action and ambition into market‑shaping results.
The EMEA Senior Channel Development Manager (In-Direct) will be responsible for managing Wizard’s In-Direct Sales Channel, with primary responsibility for managing and developing Distribution and Wholesale accounts across EMEA.
This position will report to the EMEA Sales Director and is based at our UK, Stockley Park, West London office and follows a hybrid working model, with required in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, while offering flexibility for remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
You will be responsible for :
- Leading growth across EMEA through core hobby distribution and mass wholesale.
- Structuring the strategic direction for channel expansion to achieve financial growth targets.
- Leading a team of Key Account Managers to service accounts across Europe aligned to company priorities.
Key roles of the dice :
- Devise and drive sales revenue/profit/unit objectives to achieve the overall budget signed off by the Sales Director and Senior Leadership Team.
- Create, Implement and monitor full year business plan with KAMs for all partners and achieve incremental channel growth YoY.
- Working with the Retail Marketing team, execute and monitor MDF marketing campaigns to drive visibility at retail to achieve sell-through goals.
- Identify trends and market dynamics to influence and evolve strategy.
- Lead a team of Key Account Managers to ensure continued growth and scale within European distributors and wholesalers.
- Define market expansion strategy for the channel, suggesting opportunities for territory growth outside of existing markets.
- Develop and manage multi-level and collaborative business relationships with Senior leaders of all customers.
- Partner with the BI team to ensure channel analytics and metrics are reported to the business promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments - marketing, operations, and finance on the execution of channel/partner strategies.
- Lead yearly discussion of aligned and optimised customer trade terms.
- Lead PCR and reprint strategy to optimize the supply of Wizards product into the channel.
Knowledge, abilities, and characteristics of the ideal Wizard:
- Experience in the TCG or Games industry is essential
