Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Assistant to support two Managing Directors and a wider team. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while liaising confidently with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones
Build strong relationships with EAs of senior client executives to arrange meetings
Provide cover across London and EMEA where needed
Book international travel and manage itineraries
Process and reconcile extensive expenses
Liaise confidently with internal colleagues, clients, and external assistants
Assist with team coordination and ad hoc administrative tasks
About You
Previous experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced corporate environment
Excellent diary management and organisational skills
Strong communication abilities and a polished, professional manner
Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively under pressure
Collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail
