Interim Senior HR Advisor, 6 month FTC+,
Immediate start50-60k pro rata
London Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office
An exciting JV has a newly created role for an Interim Senior HR Advisor due to increased volume of work.
Reporting into and supporting the HR Business Partners on a daily basis, you will be responsible for providing a generalist remit including managing HR administration, managing complex ER casework, advising on policies and procedures, leading annual processes such as performance and reward, support the HR Ops team as required and manage other HR projects that arise.
CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their generalist HR experience in a global, commercial and fast paced firm, experience of working in a JV or agile environment where not all the basics are in place would be an advantage.
