Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Solution Architect to design scalable, adaptable IT solutions that align with RMG’s architecture and evolving business needs. You’ll shape projects with development costs up to £10M and lifetime costs of £50M, ensuring technology investments deliver real business value.

What you’ll do

• Turn project blueprints into solution designs.

• Prepare and govern solution architecture.

• Define technology specs and integrate systems.

• Ensure scalability, security, and reliability.

• Partner with analysts and developers in Agile sprints.

• Educate stakeholders on Agile ways of working.

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of IT technologies and integration.

• SAP Experience is needed for this role

• Proven experience in solution architecture across services, applications, integration, and data.

• Track record of delivering large, complex IT solutions.

• Excellent communication with technical and non‑technical audiences.

• TOGAF certification and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
