Salary – £40,000 - £45,000 Pro Rata
Our client, based on a popular and busy high street in North London, is looking for a Part-Time Block Manager to join their team and support the existing Block Manager with the management and maintenance of approximately 20 residential blocks.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, along with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to succeed.
You’ll be comfortable working in a busy environment, highly organised, proactive, and ready to take on a new challenge.

Responsibilities:
* Assisting with the management and maintenance of approximately 20 blocks.
* Arranging repairs, maintenance, and planned works.
* Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring communal areas are well maintained.
* Preparing and managing service charge budgets.
* Working with contractors, obtaining quotations, and overseeing major works.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, fire risk assessments, and statutory requirements.
* Liaising with Lease holders, residents, and contractors to resolve issues promptly.
* Managing insurance claims and ensuring appropriate building insurance is in place.
* Handling complaints and providing excellent customer service.
* Maintaining accurate property records and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in Block Management, property management, or a related field
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in using property management software
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
