Hr Business Partner
Job Title: HR Business Partner Location: South East London Pay Range: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (initially on a temporary basis) ANZUK Education is working with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation in South East London seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team for an immediate start. This full-time position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering an effective people strategy during an exciting period of growth and transformation. This HR Business Partner role in South East London would suit experienced HR Business Partners, Senior HR Advisors, or People Partners ready to take the next step in their career. Key Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver the organisation's people strategy.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management and organisational change.
- Support workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
- Lead on complex casework, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, wellbeing and retention.
- Support organisational development and culture change programmes.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Hold a CIPD qualification at Level 5 or above, or demonstrate equivalent professional experience.
- Have proven experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR advisory role.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of UK employment law, HR best practice and experience supporting organisational change and transformation.
- Use HR data and insights effectively to drive improvement and inform strategic decisions to a high standard.
- Hold an exemplary commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion, and comply with all relevant pre-employment and safeguarding requirements.
