About the Role

A friendly and inclusive primary school in Lambeth is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join their Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team. This role starts ASAP and offers the chance to support children at a crucial stage of their development, helping them to build confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

As an Early Years Educator , you will contribute to planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities, support both small groups and individuals, and ensure that every child feels safe, supported, and inspired in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Nursery and Reception children with structured and play-based learning.

• Deliver targeted interventions to develop early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.

• Assist in maintaining a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and strong social interaction.

• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the wider EYFS team.

Candidate Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education - essential.

• Previous experience as an Early Years Educator in a school or nursery setting.

• Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.

• Patient, nurturing, and proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
