Restaurant Management and Operations - Manager

The company is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team in Kingston upon Thames and help run their popular eatery. You'll be working in a bustling, fast-paced environment, managing a team while ensuring top-notch customer service. The role comes with an hourly wage of at least £17 plus a bonus scheme. It's a full-time position with bi-weekly pay, 28 paid holidays a year, and access to a competitive pension scheme.

The Work

• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability
• Direct and train crew members to meet Raising Cane’s standards
• Provide excellent customer service and utilise reward programmes
• Ensure cleanliness and maintain the restaurant's facilities
• Execute shift management meetings and use tools to track results

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Must be at least 18 years old and hold GCSEs or equivalent (preferred)

Desirable

• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Knowledge of the catering industry
