Job Description
Just imagine seeing clear, trusted evidence that supplier actions are reducing emissions across a global supply base. Then make it real.
About the role
In this 12-month fixed-term role as as our Supplier Sustainability Analytics Manager Specialist, you'll support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the LEGO® Group supplier decarbonization progress tracking approach. Working closely with sustainability, procurement, and data teams, you'll analyze supplier emissions data, track progress over time, develop forecasting and scenario analyses, and generate insights that uncover trends, risks, opportunities, and gaps in achieving climate targets.

- Managed stakeholder groups across multiple functions to align objectives and drive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications

- Insights that identify emissions reduction opportunities, risks, and performance gaps.
- Scalable reporting approaches that improve data quality, consistency, and reporting efficiency.
- Trusted guidance on carbon accounting and Product Carbon Footprint methodologies.

If you've improved reporting coverage, automated analytics, influenced supplier performance, or developed metrics adopted by leadership teams, you'll bring valuable experience. What matters most is turning complex data into practical actions that create measurable impact.
Life on the team

What success looks like
