JOB PURPOSE
Burberry is looking for a skilled Producer Events to join the Events Production team at Burberry, an exciting area of the business, predominantly working on the delivery of all shows, events and experiences. You will be working across a wide range of innovative creative projects mixing physical, digital, and graphic based requirements for client and brand focussed experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the production planning and execution of mid-scale global and regional Brand and Client led experiences and events – from live event experiences through to seasonal guide lined projects and activations
• Partnering with Marketing and Creative teams to develop and produce innovative experiences from conception through to delivery
• Working closely with the Project Management, Experiences & Client Engagement teams to plan, prioritise and manage multiple projects at any one time
• Creation and management of production budgets, schedules & critical paths to ensure smooth running across project lifecycle with clear communication to the wider business
• Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers across each production, ensuring projects always remain on budget and on schedule
• Accurately and confidently communicate creative ideas to suppliers on behalf of the creative team
• Support the Director and senior members of the team with event deliverables for larger scale projects and campaigns
• Fashion show responsibilities include:
- Pre-Production & Onsite:
- Creative development and sampling support
- Coordination of collection & logistics
- Key POC for all departmental team
- Show-Prep
- The setup and operation of the collection preparation studio, working closely with the Design, Styling and Casting teams to ensure the smooth running across this key period
PERSONAL PROFILE
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience producing events within the fashion / luxury goods industry
• A passionate understanding of the 360-production process, from concept and execution to post production
• Ability to look at a project from a creative, as well as a production point of view, understanding what is required, and how to achieve it within budget and timeframe
• Experience of working directly creative and technical vendors as well as with agencies vendors on both large and smaller scale projects
• Extremely organised, methodical, and pro-active, with strong attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to the team's ideas
