Studio/Production Intern
- Assist with garment production, cutting, and finishing across collections
- Support studio sample-making and prototyping for new designs
- Help prepare and manage pleating, Sashiko, and boro hand-stitch work
- Maintain fabric stock, trims, and studio materials
- Assist with product styling and content prep for shoots
- Support general studio operations and day-to-day organisation
- A genuine interest in textiles, garment construction, and product design
- Hands-on sewing or making experience — or strong eagerness to learn
- Careful, detail-oriented, comfortable with hand-finishing work
- Reliable, organised, and happy working in a small, hands-on studio
- Based in or able to commute to London
- Studying or recently graduated in textiles, fashion, or design (a plus, not a requirement)
- Direct, hands-on studio experience across the full production process
- Mentorship from concept through to finished product
- Exposure to specialist techniques — pleating, Sashiko, boro stitching
- Portfolio-building work with a growing independent brand
