Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in Geography or a related field.
• Significant experience teaching Geography at secondary level, including A-Level.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team and implement strategic change.
• Strong understanding of innovative pedagogical approaches in Geography.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
