Your new role You'll play a central role in enhancing the company's liquidity risk management capabilities. Working as part of the Enterprise Risk team, you'll lead the development of liquidity frameworks, design risk appetites, and contribute to stress testing and regulatory reporting. Your work will directly support strategic decision-making and ensure the business is well-positioned to manage liquidity across all legal entities. This is a dynamic and varied role that will see you working closely with senior stakeholders across the enterprise, contributing to key initiatives and leading the development of contingency planning and liquidity metrics. What you'll need to succeed You'll bring a deep understanding of liquidity risk, ideally gained within a life insurance or reinsurance setting, along with a strong grasp of capital frameworks and regulatory expectations. Your ability to think strategically and communicate clearly will be essential, especially when engaging with senior leaders and translating complex risk concepts into actionable insights. You'll be confident in challenging assumptions, comfortable working across jurisdictions, and motivated by the opportunity to build and refine frameworks that support long-term financial resilience.
