Broker Support / Account Handler – Property, Casualty & Crisis Management – £Excellent

We’re seeking proactive and detail-oriented Broker Support Technicians and Account Handlers to join our regarded client, a lead global broking house.

This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career within the Property, Casualty, and Crisis Management insurance sectors , supporting complex and high-value global placements. You’ll work closely with brokers, insurers, and internal teams to deliver excellent service for clients across the US and international markets .

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting broking teams on large, multinational insurance contracts across Property, Casualty, and Crisis Management.

• Using technical systems and working with Offshore Partners to produce accurate policy documents and invoice requests.

• Building strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and internal stakeholders.

• Monitoring policy workflows to ensure risks remain on track with service and performance targets.

• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team and divisional goals.

• Developing technical knowledge with ongoing training and support.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience supporting brokers in the US and international markets is highly desirable.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance sector.
