Your Role as a Geography ECT
As a Geography ECT, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering dynamic and engaging Geography lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
- Tailoring your teaching to the diverse needs of your students, ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed.
- Receiving continuous mentorship and guidance from experienced staff to help you grow as a teacher.
- Participating in a structured induction programme with regular CPD and feedback to develop your skills.
- Contributing to the wider school community, participating in extracurricular activities, and building positive relationships with students.
