Your New Role
As an AdministrativeSupport professional, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth andefficient operation of the London Head Office. Supporting a range ofdepartments including Marketing, Leasing, Operations, HR, Legal, AssetManagement, IT and Development, you will provide essential administrative andoffice support while building strong relationships with stakeholders across thebusiness.
This is a variedrole that offers exposure to multiple functions and would suit someone whoenjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to various departments across the business.
Coordinate employee expenses and reimbursement processes.
Support the planning and delivery of internal events, training programmes and company initiatives.
Liaise with the Accounts team regarding purchase orders, invoices and associated queries.
Assist with the procurement of office supplies, equipment, refreshments and workplace resources.
Support charity initiatives and fundraising activities.
Coordinate IT onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Assist with basic IT troubleshooting and liaise with internal technology teams.
Provide support and cover for Executive Assistants and Reception during periods of absence or increased workload.
Build and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.What You'll Need to Succeed Previous experience within an Administrative Assistant, Office Assistant, Team Assistant, Office Coordinator or Business Support position.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience supporting stakeholders within a corporate office environment.
A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
