Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Hours: Varied shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel
• Contract: Full-time, permanent

The Work

• Lead and develop hourly crewmembers, from onboarding to performance management
• Manage staff scheduling, cash handling, and restaurant cleanliness
• Execute shift management, ensuring operations and safety standards are met
• Provide exemplary customer service and utilize reward and recognition programs
• Authorize employee functions and ensure the facility is in good working order
• Complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Proven analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
• Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Valid UK driver’s license
• GCSEs or equivalent, some tertiary education preferred
