Fire Alarm Engineer
Fire Alarm Engineer London | £45,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Fire & Security specialist that is continuing to expand its engineering team across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Fire Alarm Engineer to join a company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and outstanding customer service across commercial, residential and public sector environments. The Role The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance and fault diagnosis of fire alarm systems across a variety of sites throughout London. Working with both conventional and addressable fire alarm systems, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers remain compliant while maintaining the highest standards of system performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities Installation and commissioning of fire alarm systems Planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing Fault finding, testing and rectification works Working on both conventional and addressable systems Ensuring compliance with BS5839 and industry regulations Completing service reports and associated documentation accurately Providing a professional and customer-focused service on site Supporting project delivery across a range of commercial, residential and public sector premises About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have: Previous experience as a Fire Alarm Engineer Strong knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems Experience carrying out fault finding, servicing and installation work A good understanding of current fire industry standards Strong communication and customer service skills A professional approach and high attention to detail The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively What's on Offer Basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000 Opportunity to join a well-established and growing business Exposure to a wide range of interesting and technically diverse projects Ongoing training and professional development Genuine opportunities for career progression Supportive and experienced management team Long-term stability within a successful companyThis role would suit a Fire Alarm Engineer looking to move into a position that offers a better quality of projects, a stronger support structure and genuine opportunities to develop their career within a respected organisation.
