We are looking for a passionate leader to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our depot operations. As a senior professional, you will lead teams that ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our rolling stock, working alongside dedicated experts who share a commitment to sustainable mobility and engineering precision.

 

Your Role, Your Impact

  • Oversee depot operations to ensure scalability and efficiency across maintenance and service delivery.
  • Foster collaboration between engineering, planning, and supply chain teams to optimise workflow and resource allocation.
  • Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies to enhance asset performance and minimise downtime.
  • Drive innovation through digital maintenance tools and predictive analytics to improve operational outcomes.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across teams to strengthen technical capability and safety culture.
  • You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

 

What You Bring

  • Proficiency in depot management systems.
  • Experience in Rail, Manufacturing or Maintenance delivery and safety.
  • HR-focused approach, demonstrating strong leadership and workforce engagement skills
  • Strong understanding of lean methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks.
  • Experience in implementing safety management systems aligned with ISO 45001.
  • Ability to interpret and act on performance data using KPIs and dashboards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
