Role: Full-Time Nanny

Care for: B1, B3, B5, B6 & B8
Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, approximately 40–45 hours per week

Travel: Europe, including Spain & Finland (up to approximately 10 weeks per year)
Driving: Confident driver essential
Salary: £70,000 gross per annum (DOE)

A lovely, informal family based in Hampstead are looking for a warm, energetic and flexible Full-Time Nanny to join their household and support with the care of their five children, aged 1, 3, 5, 6 and 8.

You’ll be joining a busy, hands-on family and working as part of a wider household team, alongside another Nanny, two Housekeepers and a Driver. The parents are very involved with the children, so this is a collaborative role where you’ll work closely with them while also taking plenty of initiative day to day.

The family are looking for someone upbeat, kind and playful who genuinely enjoys being active with children. They are an outdoorsy family and would love someone who enjoys trips to the park, outdoor play and creating fun, age-appropriate activities, while also being confident with boundaries and routines.

You’ll need to be emotionally intelligent, professional and comfortable reading the room within a friendly and informal household. The family would love someone who is proactive, adaptable and able to slot naturally into a busy family environment.

Driving is an important part of the role, although journeys will generally be short and local to the Hampstead area. A family vehicle will be available. You’ll also help with light, healthy cooking for the children, preparing snacks and keeping them organised for activities and outings.

The family travel regularly, particularly to Spain and Finland, and would like someone with flexibility to join them when required. Travel could be up to approximately 10 weeks across the year, although you would not be expected to accompany them on every trip.

The core schedule will be Tuesday to Saturday, around 40–45 hours per week. Saturday availability is essential, with occasional Sunday support potentially required.
