Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist looking to make a meaningful impact in eating disorder recovery?
Join Orri, the UK’s leading provider of specialist day treatment for eating disorders, and be part of a forward-thinking, recovery-focused service rated 'Outstanding' in all five areas by the CQC.
About Orri
Orri is transforming the way eating disorders are treated in the UK. Founded in 2018, we provide intensive day treatment for individuals aged 16+, offering an evidence-based alternative to inpatient hospitalisation and enabling earlier intervention — because we know early support leads to better outcomes.
Our vision is simple: Recovery for All.
We deliver stepped, recovery-based treatment both in-person and online, combining clinical excellence with compassion and kindness at our core.
About the Role
You will:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised, recovery-focused care plans
- Deliver evidence-based, client-centred interventions tailored to individuals with eating disorders
- Facilitate structured therapeutic group programmes
- Lead discharge planning and ensure effective follow-up support
- Work collaboratively with Community Mental Health Teams, inpatient services, and wider professional networks
- Provide supervision and guidance to junior team members where appropriate
- Contribute to ongoing service development and clinical innovation
- Support individuals with complex mental health, physical and social care needs to build the confidence, resilience, and practical skills required for greater independence and sustained recovery.
About You
- BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered and a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists
- Post-registration experience in eating disorders and/or mental health
- Experience delivering group interventions
- Confident working independently
- Experience supervising junior staff
- Reflective, research-informed and committed to CPD
- Experience working with young people (16+) and CAMHS is desirable.
Why Join Orri?
- CQC-rated ‘Outstanding’ service
- Monday – Friday working pattern
- 33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) + Christmas closure
- Enhanced family leave package
- Strong CPD and professional development support
- Career progression opportunities
- Contributory pension scheme
- Online rewards & cashback scheme
- Two annual corporate events + social events
Orri is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our clients. All appointments are subject to appropriate background checks.
