FM Conway is looking to recruit a Loading Shovel Operative to join the Aggregate and Asphalt division based in Heathrow . The Loading Shovel Operative Role

As our Loading Shovel Operative you will be involved in a range of tasks relating to the manufacture of asphalt. Including production, dispatch and mobile plant operation.

Responsibilities of our Loading Shovel Operative

- Operating the loading shovel and mobile plant equipment

- Assisting with the production of asphalt through the loading of materials into the asphalt plant

- Carry out daily checks and basic maintenance on all mobile plant as required, reporting any defects accurately and in a timely manner

- Carrying out daily housekeeping duties as required

- Following site health and safety procedures

What we’re looking for in our Loading Shovel Operative

To be considered for this role you must have a full UK driving license and valid loading shovel license. You will have demonstrable understanding of health and safety legislations and ideally will have worked in an Asphalt or similar environment.
